Case study · Platform
Salesdoor is a customer relationship platform built specifically for pharmaceutical companies — managing providers, patients and field sales teams in one system.
01
Pharma sales does not look like other sales. The customer is a prescriber, the end user is a patient, the transaction runs through a pharmacy, and every part of it is subject to rules about what may be communicated, to whom, and how it must be recorded.
Generic CRMs handle contacts and pipelines. They do not handle territories built around prescriber networks, or outreach that has to be logged for compliance, or revenue that only becomes visible once a pharmacy fills a script.
02
The people a pharma company needs to track live in different systems that do not talk to each other. Prescriber data sits in one place, dispensing data in the pharmacy system, test results in the lab system, and revenue in billing. A rep working from a CRM disconnected from those is working blind.
Outreach was equally fragmented. Email, SMS and fax — still a working channel in US healthcare — were each handled separately, with no single record of what had been sent to whom.

We built the CRM around the pharma relationship model rather than adapting a generic sales pipeline, then integrated it with the external systems that hold the data a rep actually needs.
Why the integrations are the product: a pharma CRM without live pharmacy and billing data is a contact list. Connecting those systems is what turns it into something a commercial team can plan and forecast from.

More work
Entering a new market meant standing up retail operations from nothing. We rolled out Dynamics 365 retail POS across new stores and automated purchase ordering off the back of sales orders.
Saudi e-invoicing is not a reporting exercise; invoices must clear through Fatoora in real time with the right cryptographic stamps. We implemented it end to end for ATCL, Alomar Furniture and Al Watania.
A Makkah-based platform lets Muslims anywhere perform Umrah by proxy, watching the rites live. We built the web and mobile platform, the real-time layer and the payment rails.
