01 — Work
Every engagement below is live. Each has a case study covering the problem, what we implemented, and what changed afterwards.
Entering a new market meant standing up retail operations from nothing. We rolled out Dynamics 365 retail POS across new stores and automated purchase ordering off the back of sales orders.
Saudi e-invoicing is not a reporting exercise; invoices must clear through Fatoora in real time with the right cryptographic stamps. We implemented it end to end for ATCL, Alomar Furniture and Al Watania.
A Makkah-based platform lets Muslims anywhere perform Umrah by proxy, watching the rites live. We built the web and mobile platform, the real-time layer and the payment rails.
An accounts payable platform needed to speak fluently to Dynamics 365. We led the integration — invoices, GL accounts, purchase orders, vendor credits, bill payments — and built the services behind it.
Decades of legacy project data had to land inside Dynamics 365 before project invoicing could work. We built an Azure pipeline to import and process it through batch utilities rather than by hand.
A pharma-focused CRM managing providers, patients and sales reps in one place, with multi-channel outreach and live integrations into pharmacy, lab and billing systems.
02 — Automation
Purchase ordering at Floward, which used to be raised by hand every time a sale came in. Switch between them.
Manual · 6 steps · repeated for every single order
Automated · 2 steps · nobody watching
Same process at ten orders a day or ten thousand. Nothing scales with headcount.
03 — Capabilities
Most firms our size claim everything. Our centre of gravity is enterprise resource planning on the Microsoft stack — the rest exists because ERP never stands alone.
Where we go deepest
Finance & Operations and Business Central — implementations, AX-to-cloud upgrades, and the customisation that makes a standard product fit a non-standard business.
Making systems talk
The unglamorous work that decides whether a programme succeeds: getting the new system to agree with everything already running.
Regulatory
Where getting it wrong has consequences beyond a bug report. We have shipped against live regulatory deadlines.
Beyond ERP
Custom platforms where off-the-shelf does not exist — built by the same people who have to support them afterwards.
Applied, not aspirational
Narrow problems where automation pays for itself — document processing, workflow routing, agents handling volume a team cannot.
For other firms
We sit behind agencies, consultancies and systems integrators as their engineering arm. You keep the client; we deliver the build.
04 — Approach
ERP programmes rarely fail on licensing or configuration. They fail on the migration off the old system and the integrations nobody costed. We look there before quoting, which occasionally loses us the work.
No handoff from a sales engineer to a delivery team you have never met. The person who sat through your requirements is the person writing the code.
Go-live is when an implementation starts being judged, not when it finishes. Support is part of the engagement, not a separate contract negotiated once things break.
05 — Contact
A migration that has stalled, a compliance deadline coming at you, an implementation that needs finishing. Those are the conversations we are best in.
